While in the world exist a recession, some people is thinking how to save money and the environment, maybe you are asking to yourself how? The answer is simple, what we use every time when we have to read something in the dark or when you are walking at night? Lights! So in Torraca, Italy, a little town of 1,200 people, also the first place in the world to be totally illuminated by light-emitting diodes (LEDs).
