PSP2/4000 release by Christmas 2009?

Rumors are floating around the internet source: www.pocketgamer.co.uk that the new psp2 (or psp 4000?) by late 2009 possibly in time for the Christmas buying frenzy. the new PSP2 is supposed to have a fold out keyboard, as well as a much larger touch screen and dual analog controls to have more similar gameplay to the playstation controllers. The new psp2 is supposed to be a whole new platform and unit unlike the recent psp 3000 upgrade that Sony put out.
is this the new psp2?
