Hynix announced that they had developed the world’s best performance 1 GB Mobile LPDDR2 using 54 nano technology yesterday. They will mass-produce it from July. It makes super-high data transfer rate, 1066Mbps with 1.2V low tension. General D RAM operates with 1.8V so new D RAM saves 50% electric power. You can download 5 or 6 movies just for a sec. It’s awesome!!
