 The Sanyo Xacti Waterproof Camcorder

Sanyo has just announced the release of Xacti, a comcorder that is perfect for fun in and out of the water.  It is rated waterproof at a depth of up to 1.6m, and features a 5 me4gapixel camera with additional 5x video zoom.  Recording life for the batteries is about 30 minutes, and you can record as much as 5 hours of video on a single disk, at 30 fps.

Another major plus it how fast it can be ready to shoot.  It boasts a bootable use time of 1.8 seconds, which will catch all but the most short-lived of picturesque events.  For snorkeling and other water fun, the Xacti is both extremely lightweight, and has a sleek and attractive design. These cool new watches by Tokyo flash not only look cool but are a hit in the night club scene. Fast becomming a recognized and collected brand of watches Tokyo flash has just released some limited edition watches by Seiko (this similar watch was also featured in International Watch magazine July issue) and Independant. Unlike the typical Tokyo flash watches that are overpacked with colored LED’s these watches are sleek and stylish but still have that unique TF feel.

cheap mp3 player for under 10$

Author JoeDigital | 28.12.2007 | Category Consumer Electronics, Gadgets, Japanese Gadgets

a company named Evergreen has released the DN-2000 Black, a 58×60x13 mm (about 2.5”x2.5”x.5”), 30 g MP3 player for the equivalent of about $9.99 Canadian.

The DN-2000 is about the barest-bones MP3 player imaginable. It has no internal memory, requiring an SD card of up to 1 GB; plays only MP3s; and uses a USB 1.1 connection. The DN-2000 went on sale yesterday, and the retailer that DWT links to has already sold out! (sorry people available in Japan only ATM) Full story here

Puti Puti – Electronic bubble wrap toy

Author JoeDigital | 16.12.2007 | Category Consumer Electronics, Gadgets, Japanese Gadgets, Japanese Tech Toys

I finally broke down and bought a puti puti Electronic bubble wrap keychain by Ban Dai. At first I was not impressed as this toy seemed like it was overrated and hyped up, it didn’t even feel like real bubble wrap. After pressing the buttons about 50 times I found some neet and somewhat addicting features such as the random sounds of pigs, toilets and beeps that come out now and then. After about the 1000′th time pressing the little buttons I was hooked. http://www.asovision.com/putiputi/
